I help Individuals and teams move from autopilot to conscious, effective action.

Most challenges are not technical. They come from patterns people don’t see.My work focuses on making those patterns visible and shifting how people think, relate, and make decisions.

How we can work together

What shaped my work

Looking back, I see my path as a series of events guided by what we often call luck. It is easy to say since I consider luck as the combination of preparation, attitude, opportunity, and action.
Early on, I developed the belief that I could understand how things work focusing on electronics and electrical systems. That attitude shaped my discipline and led me to pursue a career in engineering.
An opportunity came with an Erasmus exchange to Denmark. I took it (action). That decision eventually led me to complete an MSc in Power Electronics and Drives, and to build a career working with renewable energy organizations.
For years, I worked as a Control and Application Engineer, developing solar inverters and drives. Over time, my attention shifted.
Not to the systems themselves, but to the people operating within them.
Working with teams, communities and leaders, I kept seeing the same patterns. One that repeats over and over again is the lack of time and space.
Time and space to think clearly, to challenge assumptions, to have conversations that actually move things forward.
Without it, people default to reactive behaviors, even when they know better.
Today, I work as a Digital Transformation Lead in a global organization that aims to run the entire world on green energy.
Both at work and outside, I seek for opportunities to create time and space to Help individuals, teams and communities see their patterns and act with more awareness, clarity, and intention.

My formal bio

I grew up in a small town in Asturias, Spain, in a humble family where space for reflection and meaningful conversations was not always present. Looking back, that shaped my curiosity about how people communicate, interact, and make sense of what’s going on around them.
From early on, I was drawn to learning through others. Playing football, being part of groups, and experiencing different perspectives.
In 2008, I moved to Denmark through an Erasmus exchange. I later completed an MSc in Power Electronics and Drives and started my career as a Control and Application Engineer, working on renewable energy systems.
Over time, my focus shifted. I became more interested in how people operate within systems than in the systems themselves.
This led me into roles as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Enterprise Coach, working with teams and leaders in global organizations. My work today focuses on enabling clearer thinking, more effective collaboration, and meaningful change.
I integrate coaching, facilitation, and systems thinking, using approaches such as the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP360) and Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).
I now live in Sønderborg, in the south of Denmark, with my girlfriend and our two daughters. We are a very international family, speaking multiple languages at home, Danish, Russian, Spanish, English, and a few more in progress. We also share the house with a small cat, Negrita.
As part of my own development, I’ve recently been exploring personal finance, particularly from the perspective of living as an expat in Denmark.
I see financial awareness as a form of clarity and agency. It shapes how we think, make decisions, and navigate an increasingly fast-changing world (e.g AI).
I’ll share some reflections on this along the way.
